Hi! My name is Eliza and I am so glad you are here. As you may have guessed...I'm the founder of Kick It By Eliza.
Kick It is kind of hard to sum up in a few words, but here goes nothin'! Welcome to an inclusive fitness community that aims to help people feel strong from the inside out. We are here to empower you, show you how strong you can feel and have you do it with out any shame or judgement attached.
We believe that movement is a gift- not a weapon to shrink. Movement is this tool that you can use to feel stronger, calmer, sharper, and happier. The idea is for you to use it so you can live your life to the fullest.
With the variety of live virtual and recorded classes, I know you will be able to actually feel what I'm talking about. Whether you are getting back into a movement routine or truly stepping into fitness for the first time...welcome home. I cannot wait to see you in class!
